This position is responsible for delivering outstanding service to our customers through a highly committed, customer-focused store team. This is done through hiring the right team members, thoroughly training and actively leading them. Additionally, this position is responsible for daily store operations to include store profitability, expense and shrink control.

Leader In Training

This position prepares current assistant store leaders and qualified candidates for increased responsibilities as a store leader. Daily responsibilities are similar to that of the assistant store leader. Candidates for this position must have the ability to work effectively with all customers and team members.

Assistant Store Leader

This position is responsible for delivering outstanding service to our customers through a highly committed, customer-focused store team. This is done through assisting the store leader in hiring the right team member, and thoroughly training and actively leading them during assigned shifts. Additionally, this position is responsible for daily store operations to include store profitability, expense and shrink control.

Food Service Manager

This position is responsible for managing the food service department and consistently delivering quality food items through a highly committed, customer-focused food service team. Attention to detail and quality is a must. Additionally, this position is responsible for the food service department’s profitability.

Night Manager (FT or PT)

This position is responsible for delivering outstanding service to our customers through a highly committed, customer-focused store team. This is done through leading, training and assigning tasks to team members during assigned shifts. Additionally, this position is responsible for ringing sales and performing assigned store tasks including cleaning. This is a first-level store leadership position that works the night shift generally starting at 11 p.m. and ending at 7 a.m.

Shift Leader (FT or PT)

This position is responsible for delivering outstanding service to our customers through a highly committed, customer-focused store team. This is done through leading, training and assigning tasks to team members during assigned shifts. Additionally, this position is responsible for ringing sales and performing assigned store tasks including cleaning. This is a first-level store leadership position.

Department Managers (FT or PT) this position is responsible for delivering outstanding service to our customers through a highly committed, customer-focused store team. In this position, team members may be assigned to and responsible for the overall performance of the cigarette, beverage or coffee departments. This may be a first-level store leadership position.

Team Member (FT or PT)

This position is responsible for delivering outstanding service to our customers. Additionally, this position is responsible for ringing sales and performing assigned store tasks including cleaning.
